Mother’s Day cookin for the gramma :)

Grandma is/has been in a sweet food mood for all meals, so there was a fruit theme to tonight’s dinner :)

1) Pineapple & Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients: Pineapple, Chicken, Fried Rice ;) (you don’t say…)

Finished Product :D

2) Cod Fillets w/ Mango Sauce

Ingrediets: Cod Fillet, Fresh Mango, Bell Peppers, Garlic, Onion, Sauce

Sauce ingredients: Mango Juice, Vinegar, Honey, Sesame Oil, Ketchup (in what proportion, I have no clue)

Wow I miss cooking.  Though, not too bad for not cooking in…maybe a year? o.o

Update!

Time for the update as promised!

Long story short…I’ve more or less decided that I want to stay in Hong Kong for a longer period of time.  (still an indeterminate amount of time as before)  

I feel that God has called me to serve in Hong Kong.  I’ve been complaining about my job and how I want to come home.  However, after I just shut up and stopped complaining, many opportunities to serve just popped up! (funny how that works, isn’t it? :P) As a friend put it, my “mentality switched from what can HK do for me to what can God use me to do for HK”. (thnx mamakinzz :P)  So many young Christians willing to learn, so many others curious about Jesus Christ! Can’t just abandon this! :D

Career-wise, I have no intention of staying at my current job.  Currently looking into culinary classes and/or training (for baking).  However, this is still up in the air.  More updates on this whenever it happens!

After visiting the doctor’s office today…I realized I haven’t taken a sick day in 370 days.  YOURE WELCOME COMPANY. O.O
